Bitu-RM, also known as Bitucoke is a unique CE certified bitumen mixture that can be used for the following  purposes:

• As an alternative fuel with high calorific values used in cement plants, kilns operations, and power generation plants. 

• As a recycled granular bitumen binder with 45% bitumen content used by asphalt producer in the HMA process to produce asphalt (hot mix asphalt)

• Production of bituminous membranes (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS))

It goes into the stream of environmental green initiative.

• It is used as an alternative fuels in the manufacture of cement, contributing to the conservation of non-renewable resources, and reducing the waste disposal requirements and emissions.

• It is used in some kiln systems to reduce NOx emissions due to reburn reactions.

• There is an increased net global reduction in CO2 emissions when waste is combusted in the cement kiln systems as opposed to dedicated incinerators.

• It is obtained from bitumen felts.

• It is been used by several cement factories in Europe as an alternative fuel.

• BituCoke (Bitu RM) is an autonomous material, but it can also be blended/mixed with other primary fuels and/or other alternative fuels to improve its efficiency as an alternative fuel used in cement plant kilns operating systems and power generation plants.
